Our Illfurth site in France has a remarkable gender equality index of 95/100 for the year 2023. This very good result stems from a policy that has been in place for several years, particularly with regard to equal pay. It confirms our commitment made in 2018 with the signing of a concrete gender equality action plan, which has enabled the implementation of key measures.
76.5% of our employees appreciate our corporate culture for "collaboration, kindness, respect and family spirit", while 94% say they have sufficient autonomy in their professional activities.
Every year, we made a survey on quality of life and working conditions to better understand our staff's needs and expectations. Our aim is to continually improve and provide a welcoming working environment for all our employees.
Our production sites in Illfurth, Lauterecken and Langgöns have 110, 100 and 40 employees respectively. In 2023, the average length of service with our company is 17 years. Every year, we take on around ten interns and apprentices and train them, passing on our knowledge and helping them to define their career paths.
Training and skills development are at the heart of our HR policy, with an impressive average of 16 hours of training per employee every year.
