Pouch, gourd, bag and Doypack packaging are becoming increasingly popular. Easy to carry, practical, lightweight and available in a variety of formats with different closure options, these packagings are increasingly becoming part of consumers' daily lives. Discover our expertise in pouch packaging.
Pouch forming is a technical process which transforms a film reel into a pouch by means of folding and sealing operations on a specific machine. Pouch packaging, also known as bags, stand-up pouches or gourds, offers a practical and flexible solution for packaging, protecting and distributing products. This complex process combines cutting-edge technology and creativity to produce effective and attractive packaging solutions.
Pouch capping is the process of inserting and sealing a spout into the pouch. Spouts vary according to type, and can be sealed on the top or in the upper corner of the pouch. With a corner spout, the pouch can be filled either from the spout or from the top of the pouch. The sealing cap is added at the end, when the pouch is filled by the customer. A properly cap preserves the contents while simplifying use by the consumer.
At BBC CELLPACK Packaging, pouch forming and spout inserting are an integral part of our production process in Illfurth, France. Whether in OPP, PP, PE or mono-material structures, we have the expertise to form pouches in a variety of materials, formats and closure types. This diversity enables us to meet the specific needs of our customers and satisfy the expectations of end-users.
