We are committed to organizing in-house events for our employees, encouraging meetings, sharing and exchanges between the various departments. These little actions are designed to brighten everyone's day. We also take part in various local events around our production sites to recruit our future talents.

Our QLWC actions
Throughout the year, we put in place various quality of life and working conditions (QLWC) actions to energize the daily lives of our employees. We organize days when we distribute delicacies such as strawberries, grapes, apples, mandarins, yoghurts and much more. We also offer friendly days to discover each other's professions.
Our break areas are regularly redesign to meet our employees' expectations: creation of an outdoor break area, redesign of the canteen, installation of still, sparkling and hot water dispensers, and provision of teas and coffees in the break rooms.
We also encourage company sports with two corporate sports teams: table tennis and cross-country running. We take an active part in cycling challenges, races and prediction competitions at world sport events.
Quality of life and working conditions are at the heart of our HR department and the company. We are committed to providing optimal working conditions for the well-being of our employees.
