Our QLWC actions
Throughout the year, we put in place various quality of life and working conditions (QLWC) actions to energize the daily lives of our employees. We organize days when we distribute delicacies such as strawberries, grapes, apples, mandarins, yoghurts and much more. We also offer friendly days to discover each other’s professions.
Our break areas are regularly redesign to meet our employees’ expectations: creation of an outdoor break area, redesign of the canteen, installation of still, sparkling and hot water dispensers, and provision of teas and coffees in the break rooms.
We also encourage company sports with two corporate sports teams: table tennis and cross-country running. We take an active part in cycling challenges, races and prediction competitions at world sport events.
